Roles and Responsibilities:
- Showing perspective tenants vacant properties
- Tenancy creation and all compliance relating to tenancies
- Ongoing tenancy management
- Overseeing our Coventry/Wolverhampton/Birmingham portfolio
- Liaising with our local maintenance team and cleaning team
- Property inspections
- Guest management for our serviced accommodation units
- Managing communal areas of the building
- Quality control of our serviced apartments in terms of cleanliness, maintenance, consumables
- Carrying out property inventories (software and training will be provided)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £2,300.00 per month

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
