The Role
Full-time Store Manager, driving sales and service in our Newtownards store. You'll own the numbers, own the team, and own the customer experience.
What you'll do:
- Drive sales & profit — turn commercial awareness into real results
- Lead from the front — set the standard for outstanding service
- Build your team — recruit, train, and motivate people who deliver
- Own the look — keep the store sharp with strong visual merchandising
- Manage stock smart — right availability, minimal shrinkage
- Protect the store — strong security and loss prevention
What we're looking for:
A proactive, results-driven leader who thrives under pressure and gets a kick out of a busy shop floor. This is a great opportunity for a supervisor or assistant manager ready to take the next step — you don't need to have run a store before, just proven the leadership to run one now.
You'll need:
- Supervisory or assistant management experience — outdoor, sports, or fashion retail a plus
- A head for numbers — comfortable reading KPIs and acting on them
- A genuine love of great service
- Real people skills — you can train, develop, and motivate a team
- Sharp organisation — juggling daily operations without missing a beat
