This isn’t just another management role. As our Curriculum Area Manager for High Needs, you’ll be front and centre in shaping the curriculum within our Inclusion, Work and Independence Faculty.
You’ll work closely with teaching staff, learning assistants and support staff to ensure an outstanding learner experience. You will carry out formative observations, support with learning walks and ensure all staff have access to the right resources.
