Overview
We are seeking an experienced CRM Administrator to lead the implementation, administration, support and ongoing optimization of our CRM platform. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise and business collaboration, ensuring that CRM systems effectively support organizational goals and drive data-informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and maintain the CRM platform to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and scalability
- Lead CRM implementation projects, including system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations
- Collaborate closely with Technology and Business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective CRM solutions
- Design and manage data models, workflows, automation rules, and user roles/permissions
- Ensure data integrity, quality, and governance across CRM systems
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to support business insights and strategic decisions
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- Manage integrations between CRM and other enterprise systems using APIs and integration tools (e.g., Jitterbit)
- Support and troubleshoot CRM-related issues, providing timely resolution and user support
- Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and best practices
- Stay up to date with CRM trends, tools, and emerging technologies
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM implementation, administration, and management
- Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation
- Experience with Java, JavaScript, or similar programming languages
- Hands-on experience with Azure services and cloud-based environments
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and data architecture
- Experience with APIs and system integrations
- Familiarity with integration tools such as Jitterbit (or equivalent)
- Strong data analytics and reporting skills
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ETL processes and tools
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies
- CRM certifications (preferred but not required)
