Welsh Teacher – 1 Day per Week

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and committed Welsh Teacher to join a supportive secondary school in Mold from September on an ongoing, part-time basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate teacher who is dedicated to promoting the Welsh language and culture while delivering engaging lessons that inspire learners.
The Role
The successful candidate will:
- Teach Welsh across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
- Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons.
- Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Foster a positive, inclusive and supportive learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support high standards of teaching and learning.
Requirements
Applicants should have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching Welsh in a secondary school setting.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
