Head Chef required for a 4 star Coaching Inn in Raglan, Monmouthshire. We pride ourselves in creating memories our guests will never forget, so we are looking for a highly professional, experienced Chef to fit our amazing team.
As a Head Chef you will be expected to lead the team and be part of the team also to ensure the smooth running of our kitchen operations. You will deliver a fantastic guest experience as well ensuring your team work to company standards at all times.
As our Head Chef you will:

- Be creative and have a dynamic approach to delivering exceptional food and results
- To ensure health and safety standards are adhered to at all times
- Have input in menu planning, engineering and execution
- Effective and accurate stock control
The candidate must live locally or have their own transport as public transport is limited, and have five years experience in a similar role. 45 - 50 hours per week.
