Responsibilities
- Managing and maintaining executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Handling correspondence via email, phone, and written communication with professionalism and courtesy
- Organising travel arrangements, including bookings for flights, accommodation, and transportation
- Preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Performing data entry tasks accurately within databases
- Managing incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette and directing inquiries appropriately
- Organising files, documents, and office supplies to ensure efficient workflow
- Supporting project coordination by tracking deadlines and follow-ups
Requirements
- Proven administrative experience or previous office experience demonstrating organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
