We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Branch Manager to support the daily operations of our branch. Responsibilities
- Assist the Branch Manager in supervising daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Support staff in delivering outstanding customer service, addressing client enquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
- Help manage cash flow, process transactions accurately, and maintain financial records in accordance with organisational procedures.
- Contribute to achieving sales by promoting products and services relevant to clients’ needs.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations within the branch environment.
Skills
- Proven experience or familiarity with plumbing & heating is highly advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
- Basic maths skills necessary for handling cash transactions, balancing tills, and financial record keeping.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional approach to customer interactions.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate team members and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Proficiency in using standard office software and financial management tools.
