Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs.
- Assist in store management tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Mentor junior staff members and provide guidance on techniques and best practices.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art and techniques, including eyelash extensions and makeup application.
- Handle front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client records.
Requirements
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in nail technology.
- Proven experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Ability to upsell services and products confidently.
- Experience in store management or mentoring is advantageous.
- Knowledge of barbering techniques is a plus.
- Familiarity with eyelash extensions and makeup application is desirable.
