About the role
We’re looking for a talented Risk and Compliance Analyst to join our growing Risk, Assurance and Compliance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in helping the business operate safely and effectively, ensuring we meet our strategic objectives while maintaining strong governance and compliance standards.
In this role, you’ll support the delivery of risk and compliance activities across the Group, providing an up‑to‑date view of enterprise risks and ensuring any gaps are quickly identified and resolved.
What you’ll be doing
- Own and enhance the Group’s compliance testing programme, identifying gaps and driving timely remediation
- Act as a subject matter expert for risk and compliance, partnering with stakeholders across the business
- Maintain and report on the Group’s risk profile, including performance against Key Risk Indicators (KRIs)
- Develop and improve governance, risk and compliance systems, including dashboards and reporting tools
- Support the implementation of automation and AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency and insight
- Lead ISO processes (including ISO 22301 and ISO 9001), ensuring certification and continuous improvement
- Deliver key risk, assurance and compliance projects as the function continues to grow
What we’re looking for
Skills & experience
- Experience in risk, compliance, audit or a related field
- Strong understanding of enterprise risk management and compliance frameworks
- Experience designing and executing controls testing and risk assessments
- Confident using data analytics and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI)
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
Knowledge & qualifications
- Degree educated (or equivalent experience)
- Knowledge of governance, control frameworks and regulatory requirements (e.g. ISO, GDPR, FCA)
- Professional qualification in risk, compliance or audit (desirable)
