At Bablake Residential Care home we are looking for a Domestic assistant who is aware of the importance of meeting the resident’s needs, offering person centred care whilst helping them maintain a good quality of life. We are looking for a committed individual who has excellent communication skills and is willing to work as part of a team. Our staff are dedicated, hardworking and cheerful and we are looking for someone who would be an excellent fit within our team.
- Domestic assistant will work on a rota basis, care home for older people
- Weekends
- Additional hours available to cover holidays etc
- Usual shift times are 8am – 3pm shift times may change to meet the needs of the business but this can vary

· The role of a Domestic Assistant is to ensure that all areas within the home are kept to a high standard, whilst maintaining health and safety. All equipment must be clean, maintained and stored safely. Working within a Care Home, you must ensure that you respect Resident’s privacy and dignity, as you are working in their Home.
Qualifications and Skills
- Ideally the successful candidate will have some experience of working in a domestic role and have a passion about the quality of service they produce
