Duties
- Offer one-on-one support to children and young people, fostering their emotional and social development
- Assist with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and recreational pursuits

- Support educational activities and help children engage in learning opportunities
- Mentor young individuals by providing guidance, encouragement, and positive role modeling
- Promote a safe environment by monitoring activities and ensuring health and safety protocols are followed

Requirements
- Experience working with children or young people in a caring or educational setting is highly desirable
- Strong mentoring skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Passion for teaching and supporting personal development in young individuals
- Excellent communication skills to build trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Ability to remain calm, patient, and adaptable in dynamic situations
