Come onboard our floating office.
Ever imagine working on barge?
Well, get ready for a unique adventure because our floating communications and fundraising agency in Paddington Basin is not your typical workplace. It’s where innovation meets purpose and we think you’re going to love it as much as our clients do.
At HOPE, we focus on making social impact. We partner with charities, NGOs, educational and arts organisations, social enterprises and not-for-profit businesses, all driven by the desire to do good, better. One of our clients is a unique airport company that has delivered over £500m to its local authority and communities.
Now, we’re on the lookout for a talented Account Manager to join our team and to be part of something extraordinary. If you’re passionate about helping more children survive cancer and thrive, supporting adults with cerebral palsy, telling the story of how culture and the arts can help improve health outcomes, we want to hear from you. We’re not just looking for a team player, we want someone who can bring their impact to our culture.
As an Account Manager, you’ll own the day-to-day running of several partner client relationships, acting as the bridge between them and our creation team.
Your role will involve:
- building strong relationships with our client partners, offering stellar relationship management
- collaborating with other agencies and freelance partners to secure the best campaign and asset delivery
- refining partner client briefs and the responses
- building creative solutions and shaping outputs
- advocating for diversity and inclusion in our work and partnerships
- developing and maintaining a deep understanding of clients’ missions, products and services
- evaluating and optimising campaign to produce greater positive impact
Ideally, you are a lover of all things digital and will bring to the HOPE team:
- experience in account handling
- excellent project management skills
- a keen creative eye and meticulous attention to detail
- proficiency in signing off artwork proofs
- exceptional communication skills
- a can-do attitude
- adaptability with excellent prioritisation skills
- creativity, positivity and a touch of imagination
In return, we will give you:
- a competitive salary
- 28 days of holiday
- opportunity to work from the barge and home
- ongoing professional development through mentoring and training, along with access to external learning resources
- an entrepreneurial culture that embraces new ideas and encourages innovation
- an abundance of good coffee, tea, sweet things and fruit
If you’re excited to learn more and have any questions, please email [email protected], with your CV and perhaps an interesting story or fact about yourself.
Thank you.
