Our Premier Steakhouse Brand is looking for a head Chef for one of our restaurants in the NG5 area.
We pride ourselves on our fantastic steaks from our in-house butchery and we also pride ourselves with our fresh Sunday lunch, so the ideal candidates must be able to cook a fresh sunday lunch to a high standard.
The ideal candidate will be a confident head chef who can lead by example and guide the team to produce amazing food.
The correct candidate will be able to achieve the following:
- Complete food orders
- Ensure health and safety is followed correctly
- Team member training on all levels
- Complete paperwork and ensure we are EHO ready at all times
- High-volume, fast-paced work ethic.
- Ability to stay calm in high-stress situations.
- Look ahead and plan for up coming events
- Ensure food spec is followed to maximize food quality
- Complete food stock and meet a gp target
