Nursery Practitioner
Contract: Full-time and Part-time positions available
Mini Montesaurs is on an exciting journey of growth, and we’re searching for an enthusiastic, caring and motivated Nursery Practitioner to join our team supporting children aged 9 months to 2 years.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves early years, has a genuine passion for working with babies and toddlers, enjoys being part of a nurturing team and is committed to creating meaningful, awe-inspiring learning experiences for our youngest children.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting a warm, nurturing and high-quality learning environment.
- Planning engaging activities that spark curiosity and follow children’s interests.
- Providing stimulating play and learning experiences within the EYFS.
- Building strong, positive relationships with children and families.
- Contributing to safeguarding, welfare and behaviour expectations.
- Supporting the individual care, development and routines of babies and children up to 2 years of age.

What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 Childcare qualification (essential).
- Experience working in an early years setting.
- A good understanding of the EYFS.
- A genuine interest in working with babies and children up to 2 years old.
- Passion, creativity and a nurturing approach.
- Reliable, organised and committed to providing outstanding care.
Employment would be subject to safer recruitment checks, including an enhanced DBS check, providing two satisfactory references, verification of qualifications and proof of the right to work in the UK.
