The Role
As a Client Onboarding & Account Manager, you’ll own the end-to-end onboarding experience for new clients — from signed deal to successful launch.
You’ll ensure clients get live quickly, feel confident using the platform, and are set up for long-term growth before transitioning them to our Client Success team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and drive the full onboarding journey for new client app launches
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather and configure platform data (workouts, nutrition, products, etc.). Trust me, we need someone who loves data entry too.
- Keep clients engaged and on track through proactive, high-quality communication (email, calls, messaging)
- Lead conversations that drive action, accountability, and momentum
- Conduct platform checks and testing to ensure a smooth, high-quality launch
- Deliver client training so they feel confident using MacroActive
- Identify opportunities to recommend features, upgrades, and growth solutions
- Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients maximise value from the platform
