Logistics Coordinator
Looking for a hands-on role where you can make an impact? Our family-owned flexible packaging company needs a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team.
What You'll Do You'll run our warehouse and dispatch operations, from raw material coming in to finished product going out:
- Manage the warehouse, including goods in and feeding raw materials through to production
- Manage the pick, pack and dispatch process
- Coordinate with freight partners and production teams
- Monitor and optimise delivery schedules
- Control stock levels and inventory management
- Lead dispatch operations with autonomy
What You'll Need
- 2+ years' logistics experience (though we value potential over experience)
- Valid counterbalance forklift licence
- Digital literacy - experience with ERP systems (we use Odoo)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Collaborative spirit with an innovative mindset
