We are seeking a talented and passionate Beautician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various beauty treatments and services, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. As a Beautician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional beauty services while maintaining a welcoming environment for our clients.
Responsibilities -
- Deliver a one of the following or a range of beauty treatments, ie: deep tissue massage, makeup application, eyelash extensions, nails, waxing, lamination, laser therapy.
- Provide outstanding guest services by actively listening to client needs and offering tailored recommendations.
- Manage the front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries.
- Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the treatment areas and equipment.
- Engage with clients through social media management to promote services and build brand awareness.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the clinic environment.
Experience
- Proven experience in the beauty industry with a strong focus on customer service.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and appointment scheduling is advantageous.
- Previous experience in upselling beauty products or services is preferred.
- A passion for beauty trends and techniques, with a willingness to learn new skills as required.
