This is a great opportunity to play a key role in one of the West Country's foremost hospitality venues.
We are seeking a talented, personable and passionate Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead our well-established Front of House team into a dynamic cohesive force, enhancing our rapidly growing reputation as a centre of excellence. This position is Full Time.
No two days will be the same, but our Assistant Restaurant Manager will find themselves pirmarily running Brazz shifts but may also be helping with Afternoon Teas in The Drawing Room or making cocktails on the bar.
You will:
· Have at least 1 years experience at supervisory level in a similar establishment
· Have a passion for hospitality and good work ethic
· Have an excellent knowledge of food & beverages, its production & service
· Be prompt and well presented at all times
· Have an ability to communicate well with colleagues, suppliers and particularly customers
· Be able to handle a very fast paced environment with multiple outlets
· Be trustworthy, honest with a good head for numbers.
· Have the ability to train and inspire you team whilst supporting them
· Have a can-do attitude with a willingness to learn & grow with an ever expanding company

Pay: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
