- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care in line with each young person’s care plan
- Provide compassionate support with daily routines, including personal care, nutrition, and activities
- Promote independence, confidence, and communication, supporting young people to express their needs and preferences
- Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment, following safeguarding, health, and organisational standards
- Build positive relationships, work collaboratively, and accurately record care, medication, and daily activities
- You will be required to work across varied locations
In this role, you will empower young adults' to express themselves, build confidence and experience joy in ways that would not be possible without your support. You will play a pivotal role in shaping young peoples' lives, helping them create memories that will last a lifetime!
What we are looking for
- Basic numeracy, literacy, and IT skills
- Strong self-management and ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Clear and confident communication skills
- A person-centred approach, with respect for individuals and their needs
- Empathy, compassion, and a caring nature
- Proactive, with the ability to use initiative
- Experience providing personal care
- Hold a full UK manual driving licence
