As one of Birmingham's exciting LGBTQUIA+ venues, we pride ourselves on delivering memorable nights and top-notch service.
Role: Part-Time Bartender
Hours:
- Flexible shifts, mainly evenings and weekends
- Glamorous is a late-night venue with shifts often ending at 6am, so you must be comfortable working through the night
What You’ll Do:
- Serve drinks efficiently and with a friendly attitude
- Interact with guests to ensure they have a great experience
- Keep the bar clean and organised
- Assist with bar setup and close-down
- Collaborate with a vibrant team
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous bartending experience is a plus, but not required-full training provided
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to stay calm during busy periods
- Passion for the LGBTQUIA+ community and inclusive spaces
- Comfortable working late hours with energy throughout the shift
