We are seeking a Marketing & Digital Communications Assistant to support our marketing and customer engagement activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across a variety of tasks, including digital marketing, content creation, and customer outreach.
You will join a small, collaborative team and play an important role in supporting the visibility and communication of our brand.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Web
- Manage and update the company’s LinkedIn presence
- Assist with maintaining and updating the company WordPress website
- Support SEO and online visibility initiatives
Content Creation
- Create visual and digital content including short videos, photography, and graphics
- Produce branded marketing materials using tools such as Canva or similar platforms
- Capture behind-the-scenes content from company activities, products, and events
Customer & Business Outreach
- Contact potential engineering companies to introduce Wenzel UK and its products
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers regarding accessories, services, and upgrades
Email Communications
- Create and distribute marketing updates and newsletters using Mailchimp or similar platforms
Skills and Experience
We welcome applicants from a variety of backgrounds. Formal qualifications are not required, but candidates should demonstrate relevant skills or experience.
Preferred skills include:
- Experience with digital marketing platforms such as LinkedIn, WordPress, or similar tools
- Familiarity with design or content creation tools such as Canva
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence communicating with customers and businesses
- Interest in learning about engineering or technology industries
- Ability to manage a range of tasks and work independently
