No. Ten Manchester Street is a luxury boutique hotel located in the heart of Marylebone, London. Renowned for its personalised service, elegant surroundings, and warm hospitality, the hotel offers guests a unique and memorable stay in one of London's most desirable neighbourhoods.
Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Night Manager to lead our overnight operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the hotel during the night, maintaining the highest standards of guest service, safety, and security, while supporting and supervising the night team. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Salary: Up to £32,500 per year (including Tronc)
Duties:
- Oversee all hotel operations during the night shift, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Welcome late arrivals, assist with check-ins/check-outs, and respond to guest enquiries and requests.
- Supervise and support the night team, ensuring high standards of performance and professionalism.
- Maintain the safety and security of guests, employees, and the hotel through regular security checks and patrols.
- Assist with the night audit, cash handling, and end-of-day financial procedures.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
- Conduct regular inspections of public areas and guest facilities to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are maintained.
- Represent the hotel in the absence of senior management and support other departments where required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Night Manager, Night Supervisor, or similar hotel role is desirable.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and organisational abilities.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make decisions independently.
- Good computer skills and experience using hotel property management systems is advantageous.
- Flexible and reliable, with the ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
