We are seeking a motivated and collaborative individual to join our team as an Advice and Response Assistant Project Officer. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver high quality administrative support and activity coordination with a focus on student discipline and related areas, within a dynamic and inclusive environment.
You will be responsible for:
- To be responsible for Advice and Response casework and project work support across all functions of Advice and Response including Safeguarding, Conduct and Discipline and Wellbeing

To provide information, advice and guidance to customers.

To work flexibly as required across the University, supporting the delivery of University and local priorities, operating at all times as a single cross University team.

Essential Criteria:
- Experience working with policies, procedures, and high-level administration.

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work and meet strict deadlines.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters confidentially and provide clear advice and guidance.

High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and effective note-taking skills.
Desirable Criteria:
- Knowledge of the Higher Education sector and the pressures affecting students.

Awareness of student welfare, misconduct, safeguarding, or gender-based violence casework.

Organisation, time management and willingness to learn and work with others.
