We are looking for experienced Chefs de Partie to join a busy, well-established hospitality business in the Bowness-on-Windermere area.
This is a direct role with a local business, not an agency position. You will be joining an established kitchen team, working in busy Lake District venues with high footfall, strong standards and a supportive management structure.

About the role
As Chef de Partie, you will support the senior kitchen team with daily prep, service, stock rotation, cleanliness, close-down duties and maintaining kitchen standards.
You will be expected to work confidently during busy service, follow instructions clearly and help keep the kitchen running smoothly.
This role would suit an experienced Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef who is ready to step up and already has experience working in a fast-paced professional kitchen.
What we are looking for
Applicants should have previous experience working in a busy professional kitchen, such as a restaurant, hotel, pub, bar or fresh-food venue.

Hours
