We are seeking a talented and professional individual to join our team as a Beauty Specialist. Duties
- Deliver a wide range of beauty treatments including eyelash extensions, makeup application, and deep tissue massage to meet client needs.
- Provide outstanding guest services by ensuring client comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Manage front desk operations, including appointment scheduling, client check-in, and handling enquiries professionally.
- Utilise social media platforms to promote services, engage with clients, and enhance the salon’s online presence through social media management.
- Upsell additional treatments or products to maximise client experience and salon revenue.
- Assist in management tasks such as maintaining stock levels, organising appointments, and supporting team members.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of treatment areas in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Offer expert advice on beauty treatments customised to individual client needs.
Experience
- Proven experience in beauty therapy or related fields such as barbering or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong management skills with the ability to oversee daily operations effectively.
- Excellent social media management skills to promote services and engage with clients online.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Experience in front desk duties including scheduling appointments and handling client enquiries efficiently.
- Skilled in delivering specialised treatments such as eyelash extensions or deep tissue massage is advantageous.
- Ability to upsell products or services tactfully while maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Effective communication skills essential for liaising with clients and team members alike.
