What you'll do:
- Define and execute the company's technology strategy in line with business objectives.
- Lead software engineering, cloud infrastructure, IT operations, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Oversee the design, development, deployment, and continuous improvement of digital products and technology platforms.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to identify technology opportunities that drive innovation and business growth.
- Manage technology roadmaps, budgets, resources, and strategic investments.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that enhance products, services, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure the security, scalability, availability, and performance of enterprise technology systems.
- Build strategic partnerships with technology vendors, clients, and industry stakeholders.
- Establish technology governance, architecture standards, and operational best practices.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing technology teams while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Experience in technology leadership, software development, IT management, engineering, digital transformation, or a related field is beneficial.
- Previous executive or senior leadership experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of cloud computing, enterprise software, cybersecurity, software architecture, AI, or digital platforms is beneficial.
- Strong strategic planning, commercial awareness, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to lead complex technology initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent professional experience are welcomed.
