Part-Time Communal Cleaner

Looking for a few extra hours every fortnight?
Dayco Cleaning is looking for a reliable and friendly cleaner to look after the communal areas of a residential development in St Albans.
This role is ideal for someone looking to top up their income with regular, flexible daytime work.
Duties include:
- Cleaning communal entrances and hallways
- Vacuuming and mopping internal areas
- Cleaning lifts, doors, handrails and glazing
- Removing cobwebs
- Litter picking external areas
- Cleaning the bin store
- Reporting any maintenance or health & safety issues
- Completing a simple sign-in sheet after each visit
We're looking for someone who:
- Takes pride in their work
- Is reliable and trustworthy
- Has a good eye for detail
- Can work independently
- Has previous cleaning experience (preferred but not essential)
