Customer Service Advisor
- Location: London (Angel) - full time onsite
- Working hours: 8am to 5pm
- Reporting to: Customer Service Manager

The role
Norman Window Fashions is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their London team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, you will play a key role in supporting customers throughout their journey, handling enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
What you’ll do
- Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, and online channels
- Provide professional and efficient support to customers regarding orders, products, deliveries, and general queries
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Process customer orders, returns, and amendments accurately within internal systems
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and timely resolutions
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems accordingly
- Monitor shared inboxes and ensure all enquiries are responded to within agreed timeframes
- Support the wider customer service team with administrative tasks where required
- Build strong relationships with customers and maintain a positive brand experience
- Assist with maintaining the showroom to an exceptional standard at all times, ensuring it remains professional, welcoming, and reflective of the brand
- Welcome and support customers visiting the showroom, handling enquiries and providing a positive customer experience
- Support Customer Service Manager with hosting pre-arranged customer visits coordinated by the sales team
- Assist with the coordination and support of showroom events and exhibitions connected to the interiors and design industry
- Help create a welcoming environment for delegates and visitors attending events hosted at the office
- Develop and maintain a strong level of product knowledge following initial training in order to confidently support customer enquiries
What you’ll bring
- Previous experience within a customer service or customer support role Ideally, experience within the shutters and blinds industry or a related interiors/home improvement sector
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
Pay: £32,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
