We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef to join our friendly, family run restaurant & bar, Sinclair's Kitchen by Forfar. Commis, Chef de Partie & Sous Chef levels invited to apply.
We pride ourselves in serving high quality, freshly prepared seasonal menu’s, combining a la carte dishes with popular bar favourites. We are looking for someone who;
- Has at least 2 years professional chef experience, preparing fresh food from scratch
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment & remains calm under pressure while maintaining high standards
- Takes pride in consistency, presentation & attention to detail
- Will bring fresh ideas, creativity & a genuine passion for quality food
- Is honest, hardworking & reliable
- Has their own transport due to our location

Shifts as per rota Wednesday - Sunday, including evenings, weekends and public holidays (except Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Day as we always close on these dates).
