Archway is a neighbourhood Italian restaurant and wine bar in the heart of Battersea, celebrating seasonal ingredients, sustainability and exceptional hospitality. We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Part-Time Chef de Partie to join our passionate kitchen team.
About the Role
As Chef de Partie, you'll be responsible for running your own section, maintaining high culinary standards, and working closely with the Head Chef to deliver beautifully crafted seasonal dishes.
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up.
- Passion for seasonal produce and Italian-inspired cooking.
- A positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills.
- Calm and organised under pressure.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
