Duties
- Develop, implement and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns to promote the company’s career training services, internship programmes and employer partnership initiatives.
- Conduct market research and analyse industry trends, customer feedback and campaign performance data to support business growth strategies.
- Coordinate promotional activities, marketing materials and campaigns targeting international students, educational institutions and UK employers.
- Produce engaging marketing content, presentations, promotional materials and reports to communicate the company's services and strengthen brand awareness.
- Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, recruitment partners, employers and other stakeholders to support marketing and business development initiatives.
- Monitor marketing budgets, campaign performance indicators and return on investment, preparing regular reports and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Maintain marketing databases, track key performance metrics and provide market insights to support continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Previous experience in marketing, campaign coordination, market research or business development support.
- Good understanding of integrated marketing campaigns, including planning, execution and performance review.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyse customer feedback and monitor industry trends.
- Experience producing marketing content, presentations, promotional materials and reports.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate with students, partners and employers.
- Good analytical skills, including the ability to track campaign performance, KPIs and return on investment.
- Experience using spreadsheets, CRM systems, marketing databases or reporting tools would be advantageous.
- Well organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple marketing tasks and deadlines.
- Interest in career training, international education, graduate employability or employer partnership services would be beneficial.
