Simpsons Beverages is a growing UK beverage manufacturer supplying a wide range of customers across retail, hospitality, and foodservice sectors. As our business continues to invest in technology and operational excellence, we are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive ERP Systems & IT Administrator to join our team in Blackpool.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys both technology and problem-solving. You will play a key role in supporting our ERP and business systems environment while also managing day-to-day IT hardware, devices, and user support across the business.
Duties
You will work across a broad range of systems and technologies, including Infor M3, Infor OS, PLM, Factory Track, Microsoft 365, scanners, tablets, printers, and desktop hardware. Responsibilities include supporting user access, troubleshooting issues, maintaining integrations, managing IT equipment, and helping drive continuous improvement throughout the business.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Managing user access, permissions, onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Supporting ERP systems including Infor M3, Infor OS, PLM, and Factory Track.
- Setting up, configuring, and maintaining PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, and mobile devices.
- Ordering, deploying, and tracking IT equipment and assets.
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, printing, networking, and connectivity issues.
- Maintaining ERP documents, labels, and reports.
- Monitoring and supporting system integrations and resolving transaction failures.
- Working with software vendors, IT providers, and integration partners.
- Maintaining system documentation, procedures, and change control records.
- Identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes, and user experience.
About You
We are looking for someone who is naturally curious about technology and enjoys solving problems.
You may already be working in an IT Support, Systems Administrator, ERP Support, Helpdesk or Business Systems role and be looking for an opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Experience supporting business systems, ERP systems, or IT infrastructure.
- Good understanding of Microsoft 365 administration.
- Basic SQL knowledge for reporting and troubleshooting.
- Experience configuring and supporting PCs, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals including printers, ports, and connectivity.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with users at all levels of the business.
Desirable
- Experience with Infor M3, Infor OS, Factory Track or PLM.
- Experience within manufacturing, food, beverage, or FMCG environments.
- Exposure to EDI, CRM, banking, or systems integrations.
- Experience with Android device management and mobile scanners.
