And as a Mid-Weight Designer with Bellrock, you’ll do it by
Digital marketing and campaign design
Deliver design across Bellrock’s digital marketing channels including social media, email,and campaign assets.
You will support the creation of visually compelling and high-performing assets that enable consistent campaign execution across channels.
You will work closely with the digital and demand generation teams to support website and landing page design, ensuring a strong and consistent user experience.
Sales, bids, and commercial materials
Support the design and formatting of proposal documents, presentations, and sales collateral.
You will translate complex, content-heavy materials into clear, structured, and professional visual outputs that strengthen Bellrock’s commercial credibility.
You will play an important role in ensuring consistency and quality across all customer-facing documents.
Templates and scalable design systems
Develop and maintain reusable templates across key marketing and commercial assets including presentations, case studies, and campaign materials.
You will help build a more scalable and efficient design capability, enabling the wider team to deliver at pace without compromising quality.
You will contribute to the evolution of Bellrock’s design system, ensuring outputs remain consistent and easy to execute.
Brand application and consistency
Apply Bellrock’s brand guidelines across all outputs.
You will ensure a consistent look and feel across Bellrock and its product brands, helping the organisation present itself as a coherent and credible partner in the market.
AI-enabled design workflow
Use AI tools to enhance the speed, quality, and scalability of design output.
You will apply AI-assisted approaches to generate variations, explore concepts, and improve efficiency in asset production.
You will actively explore new tools and workflows that help improve how design is delivered across the team.
What does it take?

- Strong experience delivering design in a marketing or commercial environment.
- A portfolio demonstrating high-quality digital, campaign, and business-facing design work.
- Strong design fundamentals including layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience designing for digital channels including social media, email, and web.

Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver at pace in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce structured, professional outputs.

Experience working with marketing, digital, or sales teams.

Experience supporting bids or commercial proposals.
- Experience building templates or contributing to design systems.

Experience in B2B, technology, or professional services environments is a big advantage.

Familiarity with AI tools such as Figma AI, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or ChatGPT to support design workflows is highly desirable.
