We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic New Home Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding potential investors/homebuyers through the purchasing process, showcasing our new developments, and helping clients find their dream homes/investment. Your ability to build relationships and provide exceptional customer service will be key to your success in this position.
Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective buyers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Conduct property viewings and showcase the features of our new developments.
- Provide detailed information about the homes, including specifications, pricing, and financing options.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. .
- Follow up with leads and maintain a robust database of potential buyers.
Skills
- Proven background in property sales or estate agency
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Self-motivation with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
- Professional, positive, ambitious and enthusiastic approach
- Previous experience with an estate agency software would be an advantage
- Full, clean UK driving licence is essential
