Pay:
Qualified: £12.75 ph.
Plus x8 sleeps per month on average paid at £65 per sleep
Full time – 160 minimum per month, Part time and Casual zero hour contracts also available
Non-Qualified: £14.60 ph
Plus x8 sleeps per month on average paid at £65 per sleep

Licence/Certification:
UK Driving Licence (preferred but not essential)

Full job description:
Role: Children’s Residential Support Worker
EBD Children’s Home in Cuddington in beautiful setting.
We are currently looking for enthusiastic individuals who are dedicated to achieve best outcomes for our children and young people.
You will have the opportunity to work in our beautiful, therapeutic led home supporting young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties.
As a new company we aim to provide therapeutic care to children and young people that is PACE led and informed by DDP (Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy) and overseen by Dr George Harris, our Clinical Psychologist and Director.
Eden Children Services, value our staff and are dedicated to supporting you to develop in your career. Our friendly and experienced managers both have had previous successful inspections with Ofsted, and have progressed from residential support workers themselves, believe that the right people with the right attitude and commitment to the role can progress to management levels too. As we grow as a company, we plan to open another 2 therapeutic children’s homes and intend to develop our staff team to develop senior and management level so that they can progress to take on these roles.
Your role:
You will be responsible for embedding the PACE training that we will provide into your practise to create and maintain a safe and nurturing therapeutic environment where our young people can achieve to their full potentials.
Tasks:
· Daily support and risk management of our children and young people
· Key working sessions
· Facilitating family time
· Organising and participating in activities and events
· Supporting all health appointments
· Supporting education
· Attending meetings
· Record keeping
· Maintaining the home and the health and safety of the home
