Job Description
The Kelvin Hotel is seeking a trustworthy, proactive, and highly hands-on Front of House / Duty Manager to join our small, dedicated team in Oban.
Flexibility is key in this role.
This position is initially seasonal, but for a candidate who takes charge and successfully steps up, there is a genuine opportunity to progress into a permanent, year-round hotel management role.
We offer this position on either a full-time or part-time basis, with shifts covering reception, our hotel bar, and morning breakfast service. You must be an energetic, versatile professional who thrives in a varied environment, enjoys working directly with guests, and works seamlessly with housekeeping. Evening shifts feature a reliable and relatively early 10:00 PM finish.
Live-in accommodation is available, consisting of a comfortable, private small studio apartment on-site.
Pay: £25,420.00-£30,000.00 per year
