Job Summary

Duties
- Lead and supervise team members to achieve daily operational goals while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Organise and delegate tasks efficiently, ensuring all team members are clear on their responsibilities.

- Maintain effective communication within the team and across departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Handle administrative duties such as scheduling, reporting, and maintaining accurate records of team activities.

Qualifications
- Proven management or supervising experience, preferably within a food manufacturing environment.
