Job Summary
The Wellington Arms is a traditional, independent backstreet pub in Southampton, renowned for its welcoming atmosphere and excellent selection of drinks, with a particular focus on real ale.
We're looking for friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic people to join our team. This is a customer-facing role that includes lone working, so confidence, initiative, and the ability to work independently are essential. Previous bar or hospitality experience is not required, as full training will be provided.
