Job Title: Senior Head Housekeeper

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver outstanding service.
- Ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet our quality and hygiene standards.
- Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures.
- Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment, and manage budgets efficiently.
- Train new staff and provide ongoing support and coaching.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Housekeeper, preferably in 4-5 star hotels or hostels properties.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
