Ambitious Conveyancer Required for Growing Office
Modern Sussex practice on an upward growth trajectory with multiple office across the region
A genuine fee-earning role where you’ll have responsibility for managing your own caseload, looking after your clients from instruction through to completion, and taking ownership of your billing.
The role also offers something a little different. As the office and residential property practice at this site grows, you’ll have the opportunity to play an important part in building the department, developing local relationships and helping establish the firm’s presence in the area.
You’ll have the autonomy that comes with running your own caseload, alongside the support of an established firm, with the opportunity to develop your role as the department grows.
About you:
- A qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Conveyancer
- Minimum 2 years’ PQE (or equivalent experience)
- Solid experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload
- The ability to manage matters from instruction through to completion
- Confident dealing directly with clients and other professionals
- Good technical knowledge and attention to detail
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of the importance of billing and client service
- A desire to be part of the growth of a department, rather than simply taking on an existing caseload
