Customer Sales Advisor – Self Storage
Salary: £27,053 per annum + bonus
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Role.
We are recruiting for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Sales Advisor to join a leading self-storage provider. This is a varied, customer-facing sales role where no two days are the same. Based at our North London stores, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while driving sales performance and supporting the day-to-day operation of the store. From handling enquiries and closing sales to maintaining high store standards, you'll be at the heart of the customer journey, helping customers find the right storage solution for their needs while contributing to the overall success of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective customer engagement and closing sales.
- Provide tailored storage solutions based on customer needs and circumstances.
- Manage enquiries via phone, email and in person, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
- Support the day-to-day operation of the store.
- Maintain high standards throughout the store, ensuring a welcoming, clean and professional environment.
- Actively promote products and services, highlighting key benefits and value.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and company procedures at all times.
- Support overall store performance and contribute to business growth.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 18:00 (rota-based shifts)
- Saturday: 09:00 – 18:00
- Sunday: 10:00 – 16:00
Candidate Requirements
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Confident communicator, both face-to-face and over the phone.
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering excellent service.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic and adaptable.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple enquiries.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
