As Front of House Supervisor, you will support in delivering the day-to-day operation of our vibrant staff dining restaurant and hospitality services. You will play a key role in ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining the highest operational standards, and creating a welcoming environment for every guest.
Key Responsibilities

Leading the daily operation of the staff restaurant, ensuring efficient service and an outstanding guest experience.

Lead, motivate and inspire the Front of House team to consistently deliver exceptional customer service.

Oversee the daily setup and smooth running of restaurant service, ensuring all areas are presentation-ready.

Maintain food displays, counters and service areas to the highest standards of cleanliness, merchandising and food presentation.

Produce accurate food display labels and verify allergen information using the in-house purchasing platform.

Monitor compliance with food safety, health and safety, and company procedures, ensuring all standards are consistently met.

Support team development by assisting with training records, rota planning and effective day-to-day communication.

Help deliver a seasonal programme of colleague engagement initiatives, including Surprise & Delight activations, community events and collaborative projects with the wider GREWE team.

Support the hospitality operation, ensuring meetings, conferences and client events are delivered professionally and efficiently.
Skills, Experience & Attributes

Previous supervisory experience within a contract catering or events environment.

A confident and approachable leader with excellent people management and communication skills.

Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to high standards.

Enthusiastic, dependable and hands-on, with a proactive, can-do approach.

Passionate about food, hospitality and delivering memorable customer experiences.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing business needs.
