As Clinical Deputy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and leading our clinical team, ensuring the highest standards of care, supporting the Home Manager, and creating an outstanding environment where both residents and colleagues can thrive. As Deputy Manager, you will
- Support with leading the wider team to ensure they are aligned with the Hallmark charter, vision and values

Lead care delivery in the home, to ensure continuous assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of residents’ care.

Ensure the clinical and care team are adhering to the requirements of their codes of conduct
- Communicate effectively with team members, residents and their families
