HEAD OF PADEL COACHING

Go2Padel is seeking an ambitious, driven and passionate Head of Padel Coaching to lead the coaching operation at our flagship venue in Hellaby, South Yorkshire.
This is a unique opportunity to join at the very beginning of an exciting growth journey. Our Hellaby site will feature 9 premium courts, making it one of the largest padel venues in the region, with a further two venues planned, creating a network of 21 courts under the Go2Padel brand.
The successful candidate will not only lead coaching at Hellaby but will play a key role in developing and overseeing coaching programmes across all future sites.
The Opportunity
We are open to applications from both:
- Full-time employed coaches
- Self-employed coaching professionals
Package and remuneration will be tailored to reflect experience, qualifications, track record and preferred working arrangement.
Performance incentives and bonus opportunities are available.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the coaching programme at Go2Padel Hellaby
- Deliver individual coaching, group coaching and development pathways
- Build a thriving coaching team as the business expands
- Create beginner, junior, adult and performance programmes
- Drive coaching revenue and participation growth
- Support club events, leagues, competitions and social activities
- Help shape the culture and player experience across all Go2Padel venues
- Act as the coaching lead for the future expansion of the business
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
✔ Passionate about padel and growing the game
✔ An excellent communicator who can engage players of all ages and abilities
✔ Entrepreneurial and excited by the opportunity to build something from inception
✔ A natural leader capable of developing future coaching teams
✔ Organised, proactive and commercially minded
✔ Available to work evenings and weekends as required
✔ Qualified to coach padel (or able to demonstrate significant coaching experience within racket sports)
