One Choice Cover is looking for a confident, chatty Lead Generator to join our Swansea office. If you like talking to people and don't mind working towards targets, this could be a good fit.
What you'll be doing:
- Calling through warm data to line up leads for our term insurance sales team
- Chatting to customers, confirming their details, and hitting your weekly targets
- Full training given — no insurance background needed
What we're looking for:
- Good on the phone, comfortable chatting to strangers
- Resilient — not every call goes your way, and that's fine
- Reliable, on time, happy to be in the office
- Telesales, call centre, or customer service experience is a bonus but not essential
What you'll get:
- Starting at £26,000 a year, OTE £50,000, uncapped commission
- Full-time role based in our Swansea city centre office — recently refurbished, with excellent parking and transport links
