About Us:
Signature Electrics Ltd. is a growing NICEIC-approved contractor specialising in Electrical Testing, EICR Inspections, and Certification across the private rental sector. We work closely with landlords, letting agents, and property managers to ensure full compliance and safety across residential properties.
The Role:
We are looking for a qualified Electrician to join our growing team in the Havering area. The role involves carrying out EICR inspections, remedial works, fault finding, and ensuring compliance for domestic rental properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs)
- Carrying out fault diagnosis and remedial work
- Completing all certification and paperwork to NICEIC standards
- Delivering excellent customer service to landlords, tenants, and letting agents
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ electrical experience (domestic or commercial)
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671)
- Valid Gold Card
- Full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Desirable (not essential):
- 2391 or 2394/2395 Inspection & Testing qualification
- Own test equipment
- Previous EICR experience highly beneficial
