We are looking for part-time Kitchen Assistants/Porters for our Whiteladies Road restaurant in Clifton (BS8)
Hours: approx. 10-15 hours per week over 2 to 3 shifts, mostly evenings. Must be available immediately.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Ensure cleaning jobs are carried out to the standard required
- Collect and wash up pots and pans and other catering equipment
- Clean food preparation areas and equipment daily, in addition to crockery and cutlery
- Help with food preparation
- Unload deliveries
- Keep the storeroom organised
- Keep work surfaces, walls and floors clean and sanitized
- Ensure there is a plentiful supply of clean crockery and cutlery at all times
- Ensure correct storage of supplies
- Keep refrigeration and freezers organised
- Carry out other duties as may reasonably be required from time to time
