Deputy Nursery Manager for a new setting in Earley, RG6. This is a pack away setting due to open in September, this is a unique role, initially being room based, however as numbers increase the role will evolve into more of an office based role and also quality based role, where you will ensure staff are performing, rooms are efficient and any training needed in areas will be provided. We would consider strong Room Leaders looking to step up. Must be able to work 8-6pm, Monday-Friday
Deputy Nursery Manager Key Duties;
- Initially being room based
- Office duties and quality control role as numbers go up
- Show arounds
- Support staff , organise training , ensure their knowledge is up to date on EYFS and Safeguarding.
- Step up to Nursery Manager when they are away.
Deputy Nursery Manager Requirements ;
- Level 3 or above in childcare , recent nursery experience essential.
- Strong knowledge on safeguarding and EYFS
- Can get to Earley easily and happy with September start, can work 8-6pm , Monday-Friday.
INDVAL
Pay: Up to £37,000.00 per year
