Overview
We are seeking a self-employed, part-time subcontractor cleaner to provide professional cleaning services across various residential and commercial properties. This role offers flexibility for those looking to work independently while delivering high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be organised, reliable, and capable of managing their own schedule to meet client needs effectively and communicate well with the manager who will provide the cleaning rota.

Duties
- Perform cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces in both residential and commercial settings
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in accordance with client specifications
- Use cleaning equipment and products safely and efficiently
- Manage your own appointments and ensure timely completion of all assigned jobs
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific requirements
- Restock supplies as needed and report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning
- Uphold health and safety regulations at all times during work activities
Experience
- Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is desirable
- Demonstrating excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment operation is advantageous
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and build ongoing relationships

Pay: £12.50-£14.50 per hour
